Competitive Multiplayer Dungeon Runner ‘Marked for Mayhem’ Announced for PC

Bladework Games has announced its debut multiplayer action dungeon runner, Marked for Mayhem, during the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct. The game is currently listed for PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, with sign-ups open for a limited beta.

Marked for Mayhem takes place around an interdimensional combat competition in which players, known as Operators, share missions while competing against each other for medals and leaderboard placement. Runs send Operators across shattered dimensions to battle enemies, complete challenges, and face bosses.

Combat is built around collecting weapons and modifying a character’s build during each run. Players can acquire abilities and modifiers as they progress. Defeating bosses also lets Operators harness their powers.

Competition between players continues during missions through Disruptors. These abilities can target enemies or rival Operators.

Planned post-launch additions include more enemies, biomes, weapons, Disruptors, and other content developed alongside player feedback.
