Dungeon Crawler Carl Officially Gets 2 New Releases This November

Dungeon Crawler Carl is one of the hottest intellectual properties in years. What started as a series of fun books has expanded into so much more, becoming one of the most beloved franchises around in less than a decade. It's been an amazing run for Carl and Princess Donut, and Renegade Game Studios is about to make it even better with its latest release.

Renegade Game Studios has just released a pair of brand-new playmates for the dungeon-crawling franchise. Each mat is double-sided, and each side serves a different purpose, giving players plenty of options when they're playing the new Dungeon Crawler Carl tabletop role-playing game. Mats are only $20 as well, and they're set to be amazing gifts this holiday season.

Renegade Game Studios Released New "Unstoppable" Playmats

Renegade Game Studios will be releasing two Dungeon Crawler Carl playmats this holiday season, with preorders available now. They're set to be released in November 2026, which is right in time for the holiday season. The first double-sided neoprene mat features a dank dungeon designed for a player's personal space with room for the in-game character and potential threats.

The other side of the first mat is geared towards community, acting as a play space for all players. It comes with a space for the boss, upgrades, the market, and tokens. The background for the communal mat is none other than Grimaldi's World o' Freaks, and the circus tent makes for the perfect backdrop for some nefarious gaming.

The other mat offers different features from the first. The first half is set around Club Vanquisher for a personalized playing experience, while the back half, set around the awesome Desperado Club, is engineered to be a community space.

These mats are only $20 each and are almost required for any hardcore Dungeon Crawler Carl fan who wants a dedicated space for the tabletop game, Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable, that they're based on.

What's Next for Dungeon Crawler Carl and Princess Donut?

Dungeon Crawler Carl is on a generational run at the moment. What started as a fun novel during the pandemic quickly became a bestselling hit, leading the book series to be expanded into so much more. Dungeon Crawler Carl now has a tabletop game, a web comic, graphic novels, and soon, a television show executive produced by none other than Seth MacFarlane.

It's great that Dungeon Crawler Carl is getting its own television show, but Princess Donut is an integral part of the series, so it's amazing that Seth MacFarlane will be a major part of the project. He has plenty of experience bringing anthropomorphic creatures to life on-screen, so fans are in good hands for the next part of the franchise.

Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is scheduled to be released on November 23, 2026. It's going to be a fun solo or two-player deck-builder, and the new mats offered by Renegade Game Studios will make for the perfect addition to the game and its playing experience.
