Dungeon Crawler Carl Returns November 23 With New Release Available to Preorder

Dungeon Crawler Carl is a science-fantasy franchise that currently seems unstoppable with how quickly and how massively it's expanding. What was once just a quirky series of lit-RPGs has rapidly blown up into a multimedia empire with comics, audiobooks, games, and there's even a live-action television series in the works.

And, speaking of "unstoppable," this is a word Dungeon Crawler Carl is embracing this November. After much hype, Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is finally releasing, and it's available for preorder now.

Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is Finally Available to Preorder Now

Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is set to release on November 23, 2026. However, it can be preordered now.

Based on the now-famous book series, Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is a 1-2 player deck-building game designed by John D. Clair and published by Renegade Game Studios, with art by Luciano Fleitas. Funded at the same time as the Dungeon Crawler Carl tabletop RPG, this game is a love letter to its source material, referencing as much of its lore as it can in order to create an optimal experience for fans.

"You Will Not Break Me…" the official description begins. "This version of Unstoppable is set in the 18-floor World Dungeon of the Dungeon Crawler Carl novel. Fight your way through mobs and bosses as Carl or Princess Donut! Play solo or bring along a friend for a co-op crawl!"

"With this card-crafting system, each card is a sleeve with swappable parts. You’ll craft and customize your cards as you play! The power curve in this “momentum builder” gives you a fighting chance against the threats you’ll face."

"Explore a single floor of the World Dungeon each time you play," the description continues. "This box contains the first three floors. In true roguelite fashion, however, only a few benefits that you purchase with XP will carry over to the next floor!"

Dungeon Crawler Carl: Unstoppable is currently available to preorder for $47.97, plus tax and shipping. For that price, players will receive: 2 Crawler Portrait Cards, 6 Character Cards, 16 Starting Core Cards, 22 Starting Threat Cards, 12 Additional Threat Cards, 100 Core Cards, 76 Floor Threats & Quest Cards, 36 Upgrade Cards, 8 Race Cards, 8 Class Cards, 2 Stairs Cards, 2 Player Mats, 6 Floor Mats, 16 Gold Tokens, 30 Damage Tokens, 2 Mana Markers, 2 Health Markers, 1 Danger Marker, 12 Action Point Discs, 4 Level Discs, 120 Card Sleeves, 1 Campaign Sheet Pad, 20 Card Dividers, 2 Reference Sheets, 1 Welcome Sheet, and 1 Rulebook.
