eFootball 2027 is adding another Show Time lineup with the Anticipated Standouts pack, featuring Florian Wirtz, Jan Paul van Hecke, and João Pedro. This one has a nice mix of profiles: three different positions to pick from.

There isn’t a huge legendary name here to carry the pack, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. We need some current players in the mix too. Lemme give a quick glimpse of their in-game performance, best progression builds and skills, and whether the Anticipated Standouts pack is worth spending your Coins on.

Joao Pedro

• Position: CF
• Attacking Playing Style: Deep-Lying Forward
• Defensive Playing Style: Front Line Poacher
• Show Time Skills: Phenomenal Finishing, Magnetic Feet and Attacking Surge

This is a very impressive Joao Pedro card, and the overall profile is surprisingly close to what you get from the DLF version of Pelé. He already looks excellent on paper and then gets three Show Time skills on top of that, which are by far the best skills you can give to a CF in my opinion.

If he had been a Goal Poacher instead, I honestly think we would be talking about him among the very best ground-based forwards, purely because of how impressive the stats are. With three Show Time skills, you will have to sacrifice some of the aerial side of the build and its skills, but that is a trade-off I would be perfectly fine with here.

He is complete in every sense; adding the three skills will make him even more lethal. He can easily work in DLF because he also has the passing to provide the final ball, and definitely has almost no weakness for a ground CF. Given his form, he is definitely going to stay at the top for any squad that has him.

Florian Wirtz

• Position: AMF
• Attacking Playing Style: Hole Player
• Defensive Playing Style: Pass Disruptor
• Show Time Skills: Momentum Dribbling and Phenomenal Pass

Wirtz is your typical Hole Player in many ways, with the usual strengths you want from the role: excellent dribbling, good pace and acceleration, strong passing, and enough finishing to make his runs count. Momentum Dribbling and Phenomenal Pass are also a very strong combination for this type of AMF.

The main concern is the physical side, as the smaller frame can make things difficult against more physical opponents. Sadly, this has been a point of discussion, even for someone as powerful as Del Piero. But if you are comfortable playing around that, there is plenty to like about this Wirtz.

Jan Paul van Hecke

• Position: CB
• Attacking Playing Style: Build Up
• Defensive Playing Style: The Destroyer
• Show Time Skills: Aerial Fort and Fortress

Van Hecke is honestly not a particularly special card for me. The frame is decent and the defensive profile is solid, but the Show Time treatment feels a little underwhelming compared with what some of the other cards in this selection are getting.

The bigger issue is the progression because you have to sacrifice too much of his defensive profile just to push his pace and acceleration to a more comfortable level. There are some useful qualities here, but overall I would consider him more of a filler card in this selection.

Verdict on the Show Time Anticipated Standouts Pack players

The temptation to pull for this pack is only because of João Pedro, and trust me, if you want someone like Pele with just a little trade-off in raw pace, this is the card you should get. He’s going to perform amazingly well. But only if you have coins to spend.
