Persona 3 Portable Female Protagonist Kotone Shiomi Joins Persona 5: The Phantom

Sega has announced a Persona 3 Portable special event for Persona 5: The Phantom X, adding female protagonist Kotone Shiomi on September 24. A special trailer introducing Kotone has also been released as part of the announcement.

Kotone will receive a new 3D character model for her appearance in Persona 5: The Phantom X, while new arrangements of music from Persona 3 Portable will also be added to the game.

Kotone was introduced as an alternative playable protagonist in Persona 3 Portable, offering a different perspective on the game’s story, along with changes to Social Links and other character interactions.

Ahead of Kotone’s arrival, Persona 3 Reload characters Makoto Yuki, Yukari Takeba, and Akihiko Sanada are returning to Persona 5: The Phantom X beginning September 15 through the Most Wanted Phantom Idol Contracts Comeback. Their associated event stories will also become playable again for those who missed their previous appearances.

Persona5: The Phantom X is available in the West on PC via Steam and on mobile devices via iOS and Android.
